Dear customers,
Thank you for using ScanSnap Home and ScanSnap Cloud.
Due to some specification changes in Google Photos, we are going to change the authorization related to usage requests to link ScanSnap Cloud to Google Photos in the maintenance written below.
During the maintenance, your authentication information for the profile associated with Google Photos will be deleted by the system.
After the maintenance, you will need to re-authenticate to Google Photos in order for this change to take effect as follows.
If you wish to continue to use the integration with Google Photos, please select Google Photos in your profile and authenticate.
After authentication is complete, a new ScanSnap album will be created in Google Photos and the photos transferred from ScanSnap Cloud will be saved to the album.
Please note that, if you scan to Google Photos via ScanSnap Cloud without re-authentication, the image data will cause an integration error.
In that case, after authentication is complete, re-save the photos from the app to save them in Google Photos.
Date of maintenance: scheduled from March 5, 2025 (Wednesday) 11:00 pm to March 6, 2025 (Thursday) 1:00 am PST.
