Dear customers,
Please be advised that due to the changes to be made to Xero' linking method after September 30, 2020,
you will be automatically signed out from Xero if you have selected it as a save destination of ScanSnap Cloud,
Because of this, your scans will not be sent from ScanSnap Cloud to Xero.
After Sept 30, when you perform a scan to save scans to Xero, a release error (B11Fg098) will occur.
Also, a notification will be displayed on the Touch Screen (iX1500) or the application terminal notifying the scanned data were not saved.
To resolve this issue, kindly open ScanSnap Home or ScanSnap Cloud Application and sign in to Xero again.
(If you're working on a Mac, you'll need to perform steps 2 and 3 twice. If you are also using a device other than a Mac, perform the following operations on that device.)
[Windows / Mac]
1.Open the profile edit screen and press [Select] of Cloud Service.
2.Select [Yes] in the dialog that pops up.
3.Select Xero from the list of destination services.
4.The authentication screen will be displayed, and you will enter your email address and password.
5.The multi-step authentication screen is displayed, and select [Continue with 2 organisations](or [Continue granting access]).
6.The authorization screen will be displayed, and select [Allow].
7.Specify again a destination for [Save to] (otherwise, the default tenant/user will be automatically selected).
8.Press [Save] to save the profile.
9.Press the [Retry] button on the scanned image to send it to Xero.
[iOS / Android]
1.Select [Select cloud storage services] and select the icon for which Xero is specified for the document type service.
2.The [Failed to obtain] dialog is displayed. Select [OK].
3.Open [Select cloud storage services] again and select the icon for which Xero is specified for the document type service.
4.The [Expired] dialog is displayed. Select [Authenticate].
5.The [Login to Xero] screen will appear in your browser, so enter your email address and password.
6.The multi-step authentication screen is displayed, and select [Continue with 2 organisations]
(or [Continue granting access]. The authorization screen will be displayed. Select [Allow access]).
7.Specify again a destination for [Save destination] (otherwise, the default tenant/user will be automatically selected).
8.Select [Done].
9.Press the [Save again] button on the scanned image to send it to Xero.
